regarding votes: if we change votes do we get a money back?
no votes cost 20 and no lynch cost 10
i.e. change from a no lynch to a lynch.
Do extra votes applied to no lynch cost 10 too?

Hey, don't we have to pay for lynches from our chip count?

answer - not if you vote to lynch somebody - only if you vote no lynch = 10 chips or do not vote = 20 chips. regular lynch votes cost nothing
