I dont think the game could end with Hood alive. Hood's clause said eliminate all Caps and Mons. As long as hood was alive he had a chance to win. Therefore, he needed to be killed to reach endgame.

Virt will have to clarify whether he gave the victory to montague prematurely. I had 8 hours to convince the lovers to take elascus to the end over montague. robbed! There clause says neutal, mine says eliminate hostile neutrals. Town/mafia/neutral count says they are town.
