Batman mafia game

Well another phase over, most of us none the wise! P.S Who is Penguin, Joker and Riddler, if you kindly post your name below it would make this so much easier! Also, anyone know who Batman is?

But don't feel slighted because we did so when one of the bad guys is the Riddler and you tossed a riddle and ran....

[spoiler]Okay Friends, I want to unpack some thoughts here. In the original post TLM calls Mafia the "bad guys" but calls town the "not bad guys" rather than the good guys. So, it sounds to me that their are a few neutrals in the "not bad guys/town" group. I know very little about Batman other than what the Christopher Nolan movies taught me, so I thought to myself, "If someone were a neutral who who it be?" I did some research on the Police officer roles and came up with the following: [spoiler][i]Angel Rojas is the police chief during the time of the Batman's first appearances in Gotham City. For Chief Rojas, The Batman is nothing less than a black eye to his police force. Believing there is no room for vigilante justice in Gotham, Rojas has made capturing the Dark Knight a top priority.[/i][/spoiler] [spoiler][i]Ellen Yindel was a Police Commissioner of Gotham City, who becomes obsessed with capturing Batman[/i][/spoiler] [spoiler][i]Ethan Bennett was a Gotham City Police Detective before he was driven insane by the Joker and transformed into Clayface.[/i][/spoiler] [spoiler]All this to say, their could be a member of the not bad guys that has a win clause to capture the Batman, or otherwise in Ethan Bennett's case[/spoiler] [/spoiler]

I am speaking about you also. You all know that we can't always be here to answer everyone's suspicions at a moment's notice, so patience is warranted in this game. Just note that the mafia are usually trying to get everyone at each other's throat and sling accusations around and do their dirty work.

It may also be worth looking into the other "not bad guys" to look for any other clues.

your research is admirable KC. 2 things I have noticed so far. Anyone claiming to be a neutral town, is obviously not, they might be concerned citizens but it doesn't seem that there are any neutral "townies" like a normal game. Another thing, there are 19 roles and 18 players, not sure what that means, but I wanted to point it out.
