Can I assume that someone that is still alive (and not a ghost) is still doing the killing? I want to stop the bleed....

Well 2 neutrals we didn’t know about. And I am stuck with the three people I wanted lynched weeks ago and an occasional Anax. I’m betting at least two if not all three are bad. Peri what governor powers did you get?
