Ok. I read things and it appears if he is elected he can only choose what monetary policy is followed? If he is not elected then nothing changes?

He has chosen the Socialist regime. So if he's elected, then that will be the regime.

I'd like to re-emphasise that Morning Actions are now open. You can really gain an advantage by doing some of these actions - even if you don't know who's who, accumulating money and items is the surest way to help your faction win. My fellow citizens, Allow me to take this opportunity to lobby for your vote. Firstly, since i can only confirm my own town affiliation I'm the only one I can trust with an extra vote. This is why i put forth my candidacy. Secondly, since townies outnumber bad guys, the more the money is evenly distributed more its guaranteed to be in town control, which is why socialism is the best system at this stage. And this also ensures the money i get for being mayor will be distributed to the masses. My personal wealth atm is 2 coins. Let us move forward together

Are they obtained by him before the redistribution (e.g. do we all profit straight away from the moniesssss he gets from getting elected today (if so)?) anyway...... syg is known to lynch someone day 1 :) it will likely be two votes on an inactive player.

Then Sygmassacre will get his 3 coins for every vote.

In that case... I guess I'd like to know/hear how many people expect/want to #ELECT? I suggest we either do it with 1 person, or 5+ =D (if it's 2, 3 or 4, Syg gets [b]A LOT [/b]of coins (6, 9, 10) and town (that is...... assuming it's townies electing :p) just 2, 3, 4 - in case syg isn't town it's somewhat a risk that he get's mighty rich right from the start and does something scary :x - with 5+, syg remains at 10, but there's more coins overal in the game). It's always a [i]RISK[/i] ofc :p In case you guys prefer to go with only 1 elect, then I'm also fine with just withdrawing my own and having someone else do it. Obviously, also open for other ideas! it's not bad. it's the only way to kill mafia. an early wrong lynch is better than a later one when the numbers matter. what if syg lynches you? lol

i'd go with lynching an inactive player. jimmy is a good choice out of the 3 inactives..jimmy kyla cheekyteeky. at least cheeky and kyla will participate.

why would you prefer an active over an inactive? after night 1. no one had items to use, there is no suspicious activity. lynching on a gut feeling? from experience, only my hunch is reliable :) it's usually annoying to see an inactive player cruise to the end of the game, win. who knows. might get a lucky lynch.
