I resend the last file because I moved it. I didn't think that their links would change...

Reoutlined everything.
Fixed some dead pixels.
Updated minimap.
Modified background.
Moved some labels/circles.
Added ocean labels.
Corrected other country borders.

Guuuys, tell me something, tell me how you hate it, or how I'm wasting my time, but give me your opinions! :P

I don't like the variance in shading (the light/dark areas of each color). I think you should make the color tones more consistent.

Besides that though, I think it's a huge improvement. From the lack of comments we can assume that no one dislikes it, at least not enough to spend a minute to make a post. Hopefully this will update the old design soon.

I too think there is too much shading.

Oooh. Too dark with all that grey and brown around. The brown colored water also makes it difficult to see the bridge between ZF and Pixley (OMG are those the actual names? lol), as well as the ocean names and the grey makes it hard to see the other country names, not like we really care that much since it's just SA. Why is it we always have brown water around here? :P Guess everyone's eco-conscious?

Shading reduced.
Dead zone lightened.

Yeah, they used important people names to name their districts. Pixley ka Seme was named after this man. And ZF Mgcawu (Zwelentlanga Fatman Mgcawu) was the first black mayor of Upington.

And well, it's a parchment style paper, not dirty water. Brown indeed.

EDIT: Caps:

Reduced background texture.

With all this map frenzy I couldn't help myself and tried to improve this map that no one seems to like. I may be wasting time, but I feel I would have wasted all the time that I've already spent if I left it abandoned, so here I am anyway, trying to get it to good port.

I also tried to give the map a tad of fairness removing the easiest superregions to defend, and changing a bit the gameplay, which Fendi said she didn't like. Maybe some of you guys can spend a few minutes on this? The new bridge gives some more connectivity to the map, and the changed yellow borders avoid having a big region worth 7 bonus defended only by two borders.

The added bridge in Northern Cape really levels out the map a bit more, shooting down the guarding troops to 33% instead of 50 on Joe Gqabi and OR Tambo. IMO, the map is a bit dark and dreary, though I love the textures you've implemented.

Very nice map but its still a little dark in some places and the bridges are hard to see with the brown water.
