everything else is excellent from my point of view 

dragonport 
the ports can definitely be placed in better places due to both the maps vision and gameplay
red on yelow territory or grey
yelow on most visible territory redish maybe   etc

im not happy with dragonport either after posting it. sometimes things look much better in the paint program than it does afterwards. ill try again when i get some motivation/inspiration.

This would compensate a piece of Georgia that I gifted to Alabama in order to fit the region lands with the actual river run.
I think it is wiser (when we can) to cheat region borders rather than cheat river runs: political borders changes more often than how rivers change.

also, is it add additional bonuses for holding the big islands? maybe +2 for the two smaller ones in the north and east. +3 for the one north west, +4 for the one south west and +8 for the biggest one?

it would fit so well with the island structure of the gameplay area and wont add too much complexity at all, bit at the same time enrich the gameplay when playing capped games.

i also like the design & colors and the overall structure of the map. regarding design its better than nga toa and better than bulgaria. i would rank this first, then bulgaria and the nga toa.
bishop will have a lot of work adding all the new maps....

ill take a look. the map is already input into the system.
i initially drew this up in 2020, forgot about it and then recently added the ports/theme as an after thought.
i don't give much thought to extra bonuses, but i am coming to understand the reason they would be good for those slow capped games and why they feature in your maps.

Well, i Just looked at how many regions make Up the super Region and gave +1 for each Region. Didnt make It too complicated If its Not ñecessary
