chicago ,the font and the letters look blurry to me and or its just me and my eyesight
maybe you could make a little nicer planes, these look simple to me, they can also pass if there are no better ones...
pure color without these background squares would be better, wouldnt it?
everything else is excellent from my point of view

dragonport
the ports can definitely be placed in better places due to both the maps vision and gameplay
red on yelow territory or grey
yelow on most visible territory redish maybe   etc

chicago is really blurry yup. it didnt convert well from my paint program, i was looking at it in a magnified view and as soon as i posted it i noticed.
im not happy with dragonport either after posting it. sometimes things look much better in the paint program than it does afterwards. ill try again when i get some motivation/inspiration.

changed the dragons around for more contrast between the crystals and land they are on. lessened the opacity of the trees, probably could get rid of them, as they are decoration.

Hey Hood! Please, do you think you could make a playable map out of this?
(I quote myself from another thread)

The last #3 idea is evolving into something like this:
#3 Gulf Coast, U.S. (42-44 tert's) (click to show)
Austin is intended to not belong to any region. Mexico maybe playing maybe not.
3 or 4 ports, I don't know yet...

There is also a small slice of South Carolina included in the map, I would attach it to Georgia.
This would compensate a piece of Georgia that I gifted to Alabama in order to fit the region lands with the actual river run.
I think it is wiser (when we can) to cheat region borders rather than cheat river runs: political borders changes more often than how rivers change.

I liked also the Chicago city map idea (60 territories not great tho, maybe can be reduced to 56).
