I can't confirm whether Elysium5 had Oil or not. What I can confirm is that Ely's question was about CCTV and I answered generally by explaining all items that you apply to players' houses.

I'm being open and honest. Somebody seriously messed with paulcha(store owner) and I don't see how or paulcha is trying to save himself because he is either mafia or the hostile neutral.
