What kind of analysis?, he's a suicider, he attacks all the troops he can till he only has all 1s.

@berserker, I believe players like this just need a bit of helpful advice and encouragement and anyone who feels they belong here and is known by others, is qualified enough to encourage another player with understanding & reassuring words.
He/she is very new and seems to think like a lot of new players that this is just another website to come into, trash up & leave with the safety of Internet anonymity.
We need to make their reputation feel important for them to keep intact. Alienation is not a nice feeling and some cause it by their own recurring actions, but sometimes that is just from lack of understanding of the effect their actions have on others.

This, this, this!!!

I remember explaining LifeInPixels back in the days that killing almost all my troops to get my region was not worth it...
A few months later he was general.

And then I'm not even mentioning myself...

Welcoming new members and steering them right.

Consideraton for new players. 0-50 games.

These players are learning the interface, maybe learning how to play risk, adjusting to maps / settings, time limits..sametime/capitals/teams etc.

They may join a game with the wrong settings, and make mistakes. May not realize the site is moderated like others aren't, have not much of an aware or care factor.
Play emotionally, aggresively. *Remember too that the board game RISK is set cards and is played more aggressive to increasing cards. If they know risk, it will take some games to adjust to increasing cards.
These players may join with friends and play casually and think nothing of teaming/favoritism and the seriousness of others who play a fair game and what we want at d12. Don't be shy to give out some advice to these 0-50, and maybe steer some in the right direction early.
Get to know them, and promote sportsmanship.
They can be easily spotted with a basic rank. You can double check by clicking their profile and view how many games they have played.

Edit by Matty: Another thing one could do is to give them a link to a strategy-tips topic.

I seriously do not know how this guy reached my rank.

http://www.dominating12.com/?cmd=game&sec=play&id=446336

He killed 20 of my troops in the second turn just to get a miserable +2 bonus. Not happy with that he then proceed to kill 99% of my troops when cards reached 5 for a 10 bonus, but that was not enough for him, next turn he cashed his 3 card set to once again kill 20 of my troops for 3 cards he of course didn't get.

But he won the game. In my opinion, ANYTHING you do in a game is acceptable IF YOU WIN.

My opinion does not extend to the chat. But only to gameplay. If you win, you did everything right.

I worry about situations like this, because to have killed so many, so quickly, he would have lost many and been vulnerable and in any game with a surviving veteran still in, he would have been eaten up, but he was never made to pay for his over-attacking here!

Very disappointed for me to say, but Simeon has just suicide against me like a beginner:

We were all three with same troops more or less. He didn't answer to my requests for making some sort of deal and I attacked him. His response was just use all his units against me. The ones he couldn't use he just put them inside of my territories, leaving his own regions with just 1 unit (Europe, North Africa, etc.)

You all should know you shouldnt make this child angry. It seems he doesn't care to have a high rank. He just plays like a child.

ANYTHING you do in a game is acceptable IF YOU WIN.
Some people just keep gambeling on rediculous dice, and say that 'sometimes you win'. Yes, sometimes they win, but you still play badly.

With your mindset, you'll never truly learn how to become a good player.

Sometimes with bad decisions you can still win a game, sometimes you do everything right but you still lose. A good player does everything right; he does not always win though.

Robben - game 518931.

Logic: since you put me in a position where I cannot win anymore, I now have the right to take revenge (= total suicide that makes him an easy target for the next player).

I already accused Simeon to commit suicide in other games. And he did it again. When he is not happy with his position in the game, he just commit suicide. Apparently he has no other aim than trying to destroy me when he can't win the game.

He did it again in this game just today:

Round 2
Widgeon decided to march on me without any chance to win the game with it in round 2 and wrote. "war is hell ain't it?"

Since no admin came and his buddy marco3 who because of that move won the match, had nothing to say on chat about this suicide march pls make this shameless action undone.
