It is the over all look of a map, all the same style, not two or three looks in one map.
The first thing your eye should see is the Territories you will be playing on...the dead zone catches my eye to much...it pulls my eye to it.
The second thing is the ocean is not part of the land and should seem like it is in the background and not just a different color than the land...ocean looks like it is another territory right now.
The third thing is that the mini map bonuses should be easy to read...you have done this.
The forth thing is that it should be easy to use the region names in the chat..."So Thorpe ...you are going for Bosna i Herzegovina & Crna Gora?" Wow what a chat full!
The Style of the extras...bridges...boats...text fonts...Title of Map...and sometimes even the texture and color needs to be from the same time era.
But if you get the top four you have a map that is really close to being done.
I hope this clears up what I mean by "Flow with One Style". Of course this is what I look for in a map...but I am old!
