I'm considering it's too hard to arrive to 60 participants, so starting with 30 is the probable option.

I'm waiting the new D12 list for seeding the players into the games. If we start with 30 then the 4 lowest in rating will play one game more [in the rounds with 4 players per game, because there we need two more to get the divisibility (in both 4p rounds)]. I think it's fair.
