caught up. i still think mada's role is likely shopkeeper, and i remember he suggested communicating by spray paint. this is exactly how the shopkeeper would communicate purchases, direct suspicion ect. don't forget that the shopkeeper would start off as poor, while everyone is going hmm at the rich ones.

@@Virtuosity what happens if we lynch the Lord of Verona who is also the shopkeeper? who then inherits the shop? at everyone. in the last theme (mask/mafia) where we did this, anax was the neutral shopkeeper and the shop never changed hands. This is a Juggernaut role, that grows and grows and can't be stopped. a trusting player, earning $, buying votes, knowing who bought votes..at end game it's impossible to beat. I don't know if virt has changed the dynamic of the game, i'd like to think that this time, maybe the neutral shopkeeper would win with anyone, but we know that rem is probably the non hostile neutral. so in saying that. and for the reason that the role is too much to handle for braveheart, and rem, i am also going to think that the shop might belong to rem, but then it would be handed over to the mayor if he isn't already the shopkeeper... different timezones so i'm posting a lot lol. i don't think anyone will follow this, but i want to look back at the game, when it is finished, and if we lost to the shopkeeper again, it wasn't my fault :)

Just an update on my part here... I think I'm >10 pages behind on stuff to read here... Last Friday I heard my sister got taken into hospital; she was pregnant and due to deliver a baby end of February. Her blood values weren't good Later turned out to be acute fatty liver disease: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2538964/ Doctors induced labour and now I've got a little nephew - all seems fine; but it was a tad stressy. On top of that, we just received a truck load of snow here (20cm?), which is rather uncommon And at work 2 more guys fell into a burnout; so I'm taking up quite a bit more... Doesn't mean anything about my role or what not; just giving you some info on my personal part. PS - yes... I actually even missed a turn last Friday... :/

Also V98, I never saw the announcement of me selling the Watchman

I don't think Mada is ShopKeeper cause Mada is probably one of the Orange/Pink/Olive mask that checked houses last night, and if ShopKeeper was out, elysium told us the beige mask was home, so he could have only been out with a fake mask. I think the ShopKeeper is someone who is staying home stacking stuff. Someone like Alex. Also we should not worry too much as this time, he can buy only one fake vote per afternoon. As long as the core town stay united, i think kind of control this game.

Actually Mada's mask is probably not Orange/Pink/Olive as he couldn't check houses if he already #ran + #investigate money.

Also, just for everyone, Cameras are good but be careful before revealing colors, it shouldn't help mafia solving who is wearing what.

it's not confirmed mada. but there are 20 masks, 15 players. why are there 5 extra masks? it's because the shopkeeper sells wearing a beige mask and walks around at night wearing a normal colour mask. why else would there be these other strange name colour variants?
