If you remember, the price of poison dropped from 14 coins to 13 coins on afternoon 2.

My guess is that Elysium would have bought the poison if he could have afforded it on Morning 2. I think he started Morning 2 with 13 coins, leaving him 1 short.

We should think hard about a player who obviously wants to purchase poison.

I started with 12 coins on that morning and are you trying to say I obviously wanted to purchase poison? Are you and Rockbert trying to point fingers at me right now? Are you in a mafia group chat or something? That is what might be more interesting...:)

I don't think it's "obvious" per se, but you cannot deny that it was something to be discussed. Again, I did not see the bandage cost, so yes, you very well may have gone after that. I was just pointing out, (again, without realizing the bandages) that the big ticket items are pretty clear on what they are used for. if you bought bandages, that is great, but you cannot use them on yourself so you would have to use them to protect someone else. I shall name thee, Hawkeye from MASH :) You are the healer.
I'm not the healer and no, I could not use them on myself if I had been able to buy them the next phase. I could use them on a known house member, though, and as I stated, I found a Mask colour that I could verify belonged to my house. THAT could have proved very valuable if they needed help and their mask was exposed but I lost my coins and don't have anywhere near enough to buy them at the moment.

Rockbert, could you distill the information you are looking for?  What do you want to know?

Here is what I am asking:

Rockbert: used both night actions to set 2 watchmen. (see post #684) Gave report in post #729
Anaxagore: stayed home (according to his post #688 stating he would not be going out.)
Madagascarter: ran for election, (what was the other night action?) post #682
Elysium5: checked houses according to post #679 (Elysium, this is an olive branch. I am not trying to accuse you of anything. Only asking questions)
Rheisel: was non committal in checking houses, but did not explicitly state he was staying home (unless I missed it) post #690
milnejw24: ?
Ready4War: post #714 said he would stay inside.
Marion: ?
AlexCheckMate: ?
Bluegoetz: ?

2ofClubs: said in post #697 he was willing to check houses but do we have confirmation?
Hoodlum: ran for election, what was the other night action? (I believe he checked houses but I could be wrong.)
MDHaglund: ran for election, checked houses and gave report in post #723
Remlburc: inactive
Tennesseelogman: dead

^^^^^ Give us more, @mdhaglund! How can we know we can trust you?

Ive already check homes twice for the town. I’d be willing to do it more as well. I’d also spend the coins in whatever way the town believes would be best.

in the post above, Rheisel was supposed to be bolded. We don't have confirmation that I can tell, of whether or not he stayed in or checked houses last night.

I am good with this strategy.

yeah, Marion has been especially quiet.

FYI, I bought another watchman, plan to set it tonight. Anyone want to suggest whose house I set it at?

If Madagascarter is elected, fine.  I am not sure the train can be stopped. However, I think that townies should try to calibrate here. Why give Madagascarter a full 5 votes?  He could probably win with 4 or less.

So far, it seems, milnejw24 is the only player to be able to afford poison.  Let's not give another player the option this round.

I'd like to cast a vote so I can grind out a coin, but I don't want to add too much buying power to another player.

Again, I don't understand why we are trusting Elysium wholeheartedly.  His night ability reads as "pick a color and maybe you get some information."  I am skeptical of this as well.  Why not just check houses on Night 0?

Trying to twist things again, rheisel?

I said:
I can only see if one mask of my choosing is out each night. I recognize my house if I do.

not

"pick a color and maybe you get some information."

N0 I used this instead of checking houses, more beneficial in possibly determining a fellow member of my house as well as determining if the mask color was outside or not and I also ran for election so those were my 2 actions allowed.

If you don't see that as beneficial for town, you must be scum or hostile neutral.

You might be a better choice for lynching, unless you want to share your role and tell me why not?

I am a terrible choice for lynching. :)

I can understand why you are annoyed with me.  I mainly have questions about things that don't make sense to me.

So, Night 0 you say, "check for dark green mask,' but many people stayed inside. Maybe most people. No one ran for office, and no one checked houses.  The odds of catching the "dark green" mask outside would be pretty low.  So, that seems like so super good luck.

I suppose if you have the pull to rally a lynch vote against me, I will have to deal with it when the time comes.  I feel pretty alone in my skepticism.
