PENNSYVANIA

Here is yet another map I have finished. It is the state of Pennsylvania where I grew up.

Feedback please.

I still dont think the regions are defensible enough.... the map is looking great though!

Carefully look at every region. Only 3 of the 16 need 4 territories to defend. One has 5, the rest have 3 and one has 2. I don't think 3 is too many to defend and that is the case for most of the map.

Also this would be a cool capitals map since many of the regions are very similar (5 defended by 3 with a 3 bonus and an interior protected cap).

I gave the regions a lot of thought and think they are good. Not going to get much better.
