Witches would have to drop to one before they could grow one at a time. That makes game a town waiting game and alway a town win. [/quote] The first few days I didn't use my last card (a defense card). Either because no one asked for the help when hunted at our I was asleep when all scene marks got played. Witches don't have to be killed in order to spread (witch cards aren't in our hands) but can move during the conspiracy.

i just bought the actual board game (off ebay) and it seems that it is intended for all players (especially town) to play all their cards as quickly as possible with the goal to flip cards. this game would have been over a while back had witches been able to make nightly kills. the witches definitely have the advantage in a drawn out game. town's main weapon is fast card flips until the odds catch up to a witch before they can procreate. at the start of the game, seems that a couple of players (i don't remember who) suggested we flip cards asap and some others (again i don't remember who) suggested we not flip random cards.

and it does not really matter who - because none of us understood the game then (not that we do now)

It was Akilla around post 50. Yea we didn't understand much then.

Oth Amlilla and wolf generally spread their cards across players.
