Brand new mafia game! Hopefully not too crazy. I’ll edit this post more as ideas come to me. Anyway, for some reason in your prison, murders are happening nightly. You don’t know their motive or who is doing it, but they have sealed your prison off from the outside. Not even the guards can enter in and out. They can’t move anyone for fear of moving a ruthless killer somewhere else so you’re all trapped and continuing prison duties. However the conversation is controlled by which prisoner does what duties therefore limiting communication with only other prisoners and guards on the same duty as you. With limited communication, how will you work out who you can trust?
24 hour night phase —— During this time there will be no communication both in the forum and in PM. The only exception for this will be the mafia chat as they have been given phones to communicate. During this phase night actions take place
24 hour Working Day phase —— During this time prisoners and guards will be assigned to certain rooms (there are only 4 rooms). (Each person will know who is in each room). A group chat will be created between those assigned to those rooms. Those in the rooms can PM each other within their room but no-one outside the room however everyone else in the room will know the length of the chat between each person. During this time Working Day Actions will take place. There will be no forum interaction and no mafia chat interaction unless in the same room.
24 hour Voting Phase —— At the end of the day all prisoners and guards assemble in the dining room where a vote will take place on who they think is mafia. During this phase there will be no private messaging (including mafia messaging), only forum messaging. During this phase Voting Phase actions will take place.
