[b]MVP Announcements![/b] [b]Lighthouse MVP[/b] - Hoodlum (Oracle) [spoiler=Reasoning]Succeeded in reading out OXEN and BETA early on, while most fell for the ruse. Although he participated in the Vota lynch, it ended up being beneficial to town. His lingering suspicion of BETA ultimately led to the win... a 2v1 with an unlikely win as BETA was a relatively good town read if he had not acted early. Also caused endgame. Deserving of the 3 extra leaderboard points.[/spoiler] [b]Mafia MVP[/b] - OXEN & BETA (Goon & Goon) [spoiler=Reasoning]Both players were instrumental to the potential mafia win which in my opinion would have occurred had Hoodlum not shot. OXEN's plan of having BETA try to frustrate the Votazap lynch was instrumental, as was his skillfully executed mislynches. He also forged numerous PM conversations to aid his case. However, he overstepped himself and got into suspicious territory - almost all oracle commands night one were on him! In a game with so many info roles, he should probably have keyed down a tad. BETA, however, stayed down and kept attention off himself. He was a townie read for most players, and by that virtue, would have won the 3p endgame had anyone but Hoodlum received the gun. Both were deserving of 2 points in my opinion. OXEN for sheer effort, and BETA for laying low and not causing suspicion.[/spoiler]

Nice UP!.. I disagree however. Had I not shot BETA, I believe village would have still won. I believe Kelly would have voted with me against BETA for final lynch. I don't know how BETA could have convinced Kelly it was me, and BETA couldn't come up with anything solid for me to believe him over Kelly, up till his death. Had I not shot BETA, he still had a day to conjure up some persuasion to Kelly, but I found her to be suprisingly instinctive and already on board from day one. (Previous games with Kelly, there was never any interaction, I was mafia and slickster in those games). The safe plan I pitched was to just lynch and not plan to shoot, rather than shooting the wrong person, or worse, giving the gun wrongly to mafia (BETA), I urged v8 to die with his gun for those fears, which made the most logical safe sense.
