New Riddle - "Before you mess with me, remember I will own, I used to be with another, now I stand alone, I am only satisfied with perfection, Because I am always going for the win, In one of my forms I am luxury, Yes, you all know me, I am not a he, Some people claim I am associated with cats, If you figure out what I am you deserve congrats!" What am I? (Hope its not too easy! :))

Who is my good friend? (Still very easy, but I decided to twist the question to complicate your thinking! :P )
