Mine are:

Winner - Argentina
Runner Up - Germany
Losing Semi-Finalists - Brazil and Spain

Group WInners:

A- Brazil
B- Chile
C- Ivory Coast
D- Italy
E- France
F- Argentina
G- Germany
H- Belgium

Group C:I don't see any of these teams going far but I think Japan might surprise us this year. Japan 1st. Ivory Coast 2nd
Group D: Only one thing is clear in Group D. That is Costa Rica are not getting through. Due to Suarez's recent injury I think Italy 1st and England second.
Group E: France certainly haven't brought there best team into the world cup but they have an easy group. I'm going to say France 1st and Ecuador 2nd.
Group F: Argentina has the best team it's had in years. But you can't count Nigeria out of it for one second. Argentina 1st (On goal difference) and Nigeria 2nd.
Group G: Germany and Portugal are the only contenders. Germany 1st and Portugal 2nd.
Group H: Belgium 1st Russia 2nd.

Using these results the winner for me would be Argentina.
2nd is Germany. The losing semi finalists are England and Italy.
