Given that mountains are usually impassible, my guess here is that Nero and Viba are not connected.

Maybe I'm saying this too early, but the coastline should not continue through the river. The water in the river and the water in the sea are connected after all :)

I like the fact that you added names to the sea parts, but I don't really like the names themselves.
Usually a sea is not named after a small island inside of it, and your name is already in the bottom left together with Marcoxa's. No real need to add it to the strait there too. I would choose one of the territories to be your imaginary main port (e.g. Panive), and call it the "Strait of Panive" or something.
Also, the strait would be the water between the points of Ceju Wear and Ruben right? Not the water to the right of it. I feel if it's a strait, the letters should be more to the left.

I've seen this trick used for river ends, would that work?
Worth a try maybe.

Oh, sorry, I haven't posted on this in a while again. I like your second version better than your first, I still feel both can be improved though.
I think inside the river is fine (for now?), but the land outside it is still a bit sharp.

If you look at this image I found you see that the river does what you drawed a bit (not as obvious of course - the island blocks the most obvious bit of it). However, the land around it spreads out more, whereas in keeva the land around the river stays 'in shape'. Especially the point sticking out from the right side (Frenadom) feels sharper than an actual river would.

Some names have slightly changed from the original, for example:
Lition > Liton
Tohemi > Tuhemi
Simantis > Samantis
Uki and Panive are swapped
Nuktoova > Nuctova (region name)
and also Neropleat > Nero, which I think it's a space-saving choice.

It's nothing important for me, I don't know if those names have any meanings... I can simply adjust the system names to correspond to the graphic names. I'll do that, right?
