I think the map is very busy, you said you wanted that, and looks pretty nice, but please dont put anything more on it.
I think the spacing between the letters in the oceans is a bit too much, whereas the spacing between words is relatively too small.
The indian ocean alignment is really good, but the alignment from both pacific oceans looks a bit too much right-aligned.
And maybe the "North" from the N-Atlantic ocean can be shifted a little bit to the left. That, or the "Ocean" a bit to the right/left.
You dont have to align both to the center, but dont align one exacty centered, but not the other.
What you did with the S-Atlantic ocean was very good, one a bit to the left, and the other a bit to the right
Also, the territory names are aligned left again.
P.S. Is it artic, or arctic
