Hey there everyone, this is Clarke, & I have a GREAT announcement to make, and am very excited to be able to bring this to you!
I have gotten permission to hold a tournament for premium players on D12. One important thing to understand from the beginning is that this is a private tournament, being run by a private player. It is NOT an official D12 tournament like the monthly Dominating 12 tournament. So that being said, all questions, comments, complaints, etc... Need to be sent to me via private message.

Even though this is a private tournament, Fendi has generously agreed to put up some prizes for the players. Here are the prizes:
1st Place: 3 months added to your premium membership and 500 D12 points
2nd Place: 3 weeks added and 250 D12 points
3rd/4th Place: 150 D12 points + 500 tokens each
5th to 8th Places: 100 D12 points + 500 tokens each
9th to 16th Places: 50 D12 points + 500 tokens each
Those prizes are in addition to whatever points/tokens you win or lose during the tournament games themselves.
Here is how the tournament will work: On April 1, 2014 at 7pm my time (Eastern USA) I will click on the PLAYER RANKS tab at the top of the D12 page. I will make a written list of the top 100 premium players at that moment. I will then go down the list and send a private message to the first 32 premium players, asking if they want to be included in the tournament. For every player who says "No", I will invite another player from the list. I will do this until I have 32 players who agree to play.
Note: If you do not get an invitation to this tournament, fear not. I intend on asking Fendi to hold another tournament for the "next tier of 32 players" after the first tournament is over.
Once I have 32 players, the players will be seeded 1 through 32 based on the list I made on 4/1/14. #1 seed will play #32, #2 will play #31, etc... I will publish a "bracket" showing the 32 players at the beginning of the tournament. All games will be 1 on 1. Win the game and you advance. Lose and you are out. Win 5 games in a row and you are the champion.
I will set up the games and send you the game numbers and passwords. All D12 rules apply. Miss too many turns, and you get kicked out, just like a standard game. If you get banned by the D12 powers that be, you lose your game in the tournament.
Each round will have a different style of game. We will use capitals, domination, and death matches. We will use 5 different maps for the 5 rounds. Some games will be fog and some no fog. You will need to be a good all around player to win.
So in order to qualify, and get an invitation, you need to do these 2 things on April 1st:
1) Make sure your RANK BADGE is WHITE. Remember I am not an admin, so the only way I know who is Premium is by the color of their badge. I am sorry if you prefer to have a black badge, but to get an invitation your badge needs to be white at 7pm on 4/1/14. If you want to change it back to black after I make my list, that is up to you. Please do NOT message me and tell me you are premium but have a black badge. I will only invite the players with WHITE rank badges.
2) Buy the highest rank possible. The list is based on rank, NOT points. If you have the points to be a MAJOR but you have only bought the Corporal rank, guess what, you are a CORPORAL. Again, do NOT message me about how many points you actually have. I want this tourney to be on the up and up. I want everyone to know exactly where they stand. So buy the rank highest rank possible if you want the best shot to be invited.
