I see some games haven't started yet, is there a forfeiture time limit, if not I think there should be?

If we get to the point where all games have either been completed OR have not yet begun we will disqualify the player who failed to start the game. But I can tell you my game is probably going to last a few more days at least. FYI - The round 2 games will all begin at the same time after the final round one game is over.
