I would like to inform Mr. Thaithai that he will not go any higher than his lieutenant colonial rank...but I can't! Mr. Thaithai seems to be the only one who keeps going up in rank after the rank of Major. Maybe he needs someone to give him some help. Will he be the first to be at the top of the rank list?
