I am not a witch and i have never been so no need to attack me.

I think that npat holding the black cat is not evidence to try to kill him. The black cat is a debuff so why would the witches play it on themselves maybe to bluff but thats risking their lives. Tenn just attacked him and you all follow him like chickens. I am still not saying not to accuse npat nor to accuse npat.

@notoriouspat has 4 marks of the 7 needed to reveal one of his tryal cards. No one else has any suspicion on them.

don't sweat it . we are all going to get marks. no problem if you have nothing to hide. i think the accusations are[u] use them or lose them[/u]. they get resupplied each day. the way i read it is when a player gets 7 marks = one of their cards gets flipped - they are still in the game (unless they are a witch). we all have accusations to play and some have others that are worth 3, 5, or 7. i think we have 2 phases until the witches get a kill on the 1st night. with 9 of us w an at least 6 accusations/marks each = that's 108 marks. it takes 7 to reveal a tryal (?) of which we each have 5. so that means we could reveal one of each players'. or eliminate one player entirely (not in favor of that unless we learn something). or pressure the constable to reveal himself (maybe not a good idea) . i am open to new ideas and strategies on learning this game.

Correct. Dawn was when the witch or witches chose whom to place the Black Cat on. Dawn only happens once per game (i might adjust this and have dawn come every time the black cat has to be discarded) the dawn phase is just for the witch/witches to play the black cat card on any player in the village. Right now (the first 24 hours) is day 1. All cards from your starting 6 can be played, discussion goes on in the forum as it has been. At 2am server time (14 hours from now) day 1 will end and night 1 will commence. During night, chats can can be opened but they must be kept small as gossip will gather if the groups get too large. (We can not have large groups of Puritan people running round after dark you know...they might be suspected of something). All other night actions are to be prefored as well.

Well so the Black Cat has been given to me by the Witches (that's obvious) so many may be thinking if I were a witch, I could just place it on myself to to seem innocent even though I'm not. So here's my question @aj: If I play the - Cat Scratch Card: )The player currently holding the Black Cat card randomly reveals one of their hidden Tryal cards.), does that stay flipped over the entire game?

I don't have ANY witch cards at this time. Now AJ may redistribute them, but I do not have a single card that is not town (ALL FIVE). To prove it, I may cat scratch myself but I need to know if that will stay flipped and forever or is it a random flip over and then put back. I am very confident that I could show any of them to reveal I am just town. Also, why is it always Tenn or 20C to lead the charge? I think it would be a good Idea to get someone to flip one of their cards this evening (even if it's me)! Happy to help the group Sus out the goth kids lol

[/quote] No. (That Cat Scratch is something gemini came up with as a name for the card) what the Black cat card does...[b]WHEN[/b] the conspiracy happens (random time during each day chosen by gemini) the holder of the black cat must reveal (at random by the mod) one of their tryal cards thats stays revealed for the rest of the game. That is one of the 5 tryal cards that you have to [s]stay[/s]be alive in the game. Once a tryal card is revealed, it will not be unrevealed. Once all 5 of your tryal cards are revealed, you are out of the game even if none of them were "witch". Do not reveal any of your tryal cards if you do not have to. The night confession is kind of like this where [b]YOU[/b] can reveal one of your cards to spare you from the witch(s) killing you at night.

Sounds good, thank you @AJ! That being said, since yall are going to see one of my cards already, I appreciate if we do not reveal another one (if possible). If that somehow gains more trust from everyone, then so be it.

so npat will have one of his cards revealed? can i withdraw or change my accusation on him?
