Basic Mafia game thread

I said there were newbies known towns too. Just not sure if they want to be in lime light + vets need to do a little guiding. If you're mafia fill free to waste a kill attempt on vanilla me and help the town.

I wasnt swinging i was poking. Hood & i ha 3 chats and others in the chats saw us work together (included ABS). It was KC calling hood out on the partial fake PM facts (he was town and even). In the chats we had his real PM and his investigations were shared. I PM is real and I am still getting kick backs. The real towns have shared most PM details and are united/uniting. As a Town with plenty of proof and backing action you voted me. Now its time for explanation and convincing us your town. All I ask is don't target me because I am veteran (my faction wins less than 50%). Given i am vanilla with only a vote all I can do is help town unite and find what they are looking for. I have openly posted verified towns and much of what I know hopefully w/o helping mafia arrange there hit list. You know everything about me and most of what I learned. We know nothing about you besides you voted for a known town. Dang I even gave mafia the info that I am protected and not waste vote on me. Hood knew enough on who to investigate and what to ask for. Some games we need ability and others faction. He also knew not to waste inspection on me wich I am usually the 1st because of past deceptions. Both of were playing to help town more then stay a live hence are vocalists. If you survive the day feel free to open a chat with me and least 1 other stated known town if you're odd?

Ps mud slinging doesnt work well in these games. Poking and pressuring is different than mud slinging.

Can someone share why we are so sure Stobbs is mafia? I'm not opposed, 2oC makes some good points. But I don't feel confident about anything right now. RIP Hood.

here are vote results thus far stobbs - 2 - 2oc, vic wise - 1 - tm 2oc - 1 - stobbs no lynch - 1 - wise dead and can not vote - 2 - have, hood all 14 others - have not voted a majority is needed again today to get somebody killed let me know if i missed your vote by giving me the number of the post - thanks

@TerritorialMissings, voting for me just because I've been quiet doesn't mean i'm mafia (or town), it just means that I'm observing (after i found out there are multiple pages to the forum, lol). you're definitely entitled to your opinions and votes, but you're voting for a fellow towns person. plus, your damned if you vote (and vote inaccurately and end up killing a towns person), and your damned if you don't vote/are inactive - because you're suspiciously quiet or mafia. it sounds like a lose lose scenario. That's all i got in my defense.

Good morning or afternoon noon by game clock. With penalize and possible manipulation votes, the majority will be hard to achieve. Generally a suspect gets heat/pressure to talk (give song and dance) to as its been described, weasel out of lynch. Weasel sounds negative but its not, its a poor way of saying prove innocence. A Town convincing innocence would be weaseling in mafia eye. A Mafia convincng innocence would be weaseling in towns eye.

Many of us new players are going to be quiet. It is hard to be unfamiliar with the game and have to worry about posting the wrong thing in the forum and then risk being voted out before you even get a foothold in the new game you are learning. I will admit that I am a natural talker and I love sarcasm but I find it a bit intimidating posting and worrying about saying just the wrong thing.

Forum pages are at the bottom of thread AND top right with optional << < page 15 of 15 > >> fast forward to 1st or last page. Remember pages 1 has moderator phase summary posting.

What may be damaging at 1 point may be helpful at another. We learn by mistake some times. Ie giving up ability in thread is mostly not good. Giving up faction is bad only if your mafia. As a veteran I knew the players bio (career pet street) had meaning. The odd and even was known but there could be more too it. Since I don't have an ability, I gave my real PM so I thers could make connection and townie could compare my pm format to theirs. You all seen what happens when you lie. RIP
