Mafia game sign-up

i do not have a theme yet and somebody else can host if you have one. it's time to play. i will be gone on a cruise until 12/18/25. go ahead and sign up and make suggestions if you want. we can start shortly after i get back and take a break for Christmas as needed. ask questions here if you are new and somebody will answer them. also read previous mafia game threads for insight. is this the game were each person has a role and they thy to find the mafia

yes it is. we have played many times on here.

i am beginning to develop some ideas for the game - so i will host this one. it should be ready to start by Christmas or before and should last about a week and a half or 2 weeks depending on the number of players and how long of a break we take for Christmas

I'll play. I know how to play mafia but I am curious as to how roles will get assigned and is there anything different from normal mafia like any special rules I should know beforehand?

i will publish the full game parameters soon - but in general = players will be able to hide in their homes to avoid being killed. but must take the chance to come out to use their abilities. also full , unrestricted private message chat will be limited. i think at least 8 players should be enough. as some of you know, we have had more than 20 players at a time but usually have 8 -12. game can hopefully start shortly after Christmas.
