Cruise ship mafia game

Are ghosts the 3rd faction or can there be another living faction¿ any thoughts? I brought up pirates and stow aways but they would speak up if existing.

Yes on 3 Alt that's not divisible by 10 players nor is 4. I am pretty sure 3 have the same Alt so 2 doesn't work either. I have a theory that 1 player doesn't have an Alt, isn't a crew nor an authorized passenger. Captain stowaway pirate. Spit ball.
