Can anyone explain how points are deducted for ‘fair play’

I been playing for 3 months.
I Don’t remember being accused of M/S.

But my fair play score has been 98.
And hasn’t improved despite playing fair games.

Thank you

It is calculated based on your last 100 games played so you need to play 100 games following the game(s) you were reported in to bump it out of the calculation in order to get your score back up.

In short, things like teaming/illegal alliances, M/S, rage quitting, purposely adding extra time and quitting to drag out a game, not finishing a game properly (ie. when you own the whole board and have only a few of your opponent's troops cornered but you just keep reinforcing in stead of finishing it off), etc.
