All 3's are high bonusses, but than that makes a map special too I guess.

I chose to keep the reddish region a 3 because it has 6 territories to take. Yes in longer fixed card games this will be a significant advantage but I think it makes the map more interesting. You just have to know that you need to discourage players from trying to take the region by placing troops there or take the region yourself. The Saturn map is a perfectly balanced map and it's boring. There are no huge advantages like Australia on the world map so I think the game play is fine.

Also, I have decided to paint the map myself. Actually I didn't really decide, it just kind of happened. I had to make a better outline so that I could give the painter something useful but it got tedious so I thought I would pretty it up a bit as a break and well, i got carried away and did a significant amount of work. It was fun. I'll start a new thread to deal with the looks so that we can keep this example thread clean.
