Awesome graphics and very nice description. Is that a movie or a book? I don't know...
What does it mean "Marae = Region Name" ? I can't get it.
Marae just means the region name is the one with the meeting house. there is a house image in each region of the map, eg: top left red region is called the same as the territory Wipu Iwi
The language used is Maori for such things as the Marae (meeting house) / Waka (war boat) / Iwi (Tribe)
and I used a random generator for place names (keeping it fictional) using the Maori alphabet, A, E, H, I, K, M, N, O, P, R, T, U, W, NG, WH
many of which turn out to be actual names of places/things in NZ
it's not a movie, i used the help of AI writing to describe the theme loosely based on the discovery of NZ by the British Empire, and the introduction of firepower to the warring tribes.
