made few corrections:

Note: I can delete rivers if necessary. i like them, but i fear they could make the map messy.
Tell me, if the map is ok in terms of gameplay. if yes, then i will proceed with naming the territories, making minimap and adding banners.

Topic:
Medieval Rus' and its surroundings, such as the kipchak khanate, volga bulgars, moksha, teutonic knights and dutchy of lithuania.

Size:
If i counted correctly - 158 territories and 29 regions

Bonuses:
I used the formula from this forum to calculate bonuses.

Additional bonuses:
Additional bonus mean to add more historicity to game. They also mean to be the main new feature to the game. They usually follow accurate historic territorial acquisitions and trading ways (Rus' formed and competed with its neighbors for and along trade routes). They also mean to add a new game mechanic and make the game more interesting. Also a good way to solve stalemates.

I am sure that the normal bonuses are okay, but regarding additional bonuses, we can play around a bit, if you want. Just make suggestions.

Design:
I want to add banners of rus' dutches, orthodox Christa face Banner, khanates and teutons. and maybe the following pic somewhere :

Names:
I will add the names for territories later. The names for regions are based on real political entities of that time. Regarding kipchaks and moksha there is not much informations about their settlements. So cant give them proper names and must improvise. You can make some research on this of you want.

Havent i said that its a D R A F T / S K E T C H? First i want to be sure, that borders & bonuses & connections are okay, thats why i am posting this. Then, after the draft has been accepted, i will start making the map with a proper program. Its a waste of time to make a map with program and then add corrections. Instead i want to have a finished & accepted draft and then start making the map. I thought it was clear.

If you cant read/see something, then tell me, i make a new/better D R A F T.

Alright, made an update. This time i have re-drawn the map on computer. Basicly the same map.

I would like to know, if the borders, bonuses and regions sizes, basicly the technical data, is okay. If so, then tell me and i will continue. Next i would try to make the circles and names fit into the territories. Then comes the coloring and designm

I hope you are not serious about this
it looks more like a mosaic than a map
there are too many gaps in the corners and I don't like anything about this map

dude, its a draft. i only want to know whether the bonuses & borders are okay. i want to know if its ok in terms of gameplay, not design. G a m e p l a y not d e s i g n.

i got me a painting software and gone experiment with it a lottle bit to make better designs.

the empty gaps are going to be filled, i already have plans for them. they will not be seen in the future.

gameplay advice.
i've found that the best way to work on a maps gameplay is to sort out where the capitals go from 2 to 9 players. although you probably don't play capitals, it still actually helps with a balanced map. you might find you could add a territory/connection/impassble somewhere
First critiques
it is a vertical map which means scrolling. it doesn't bug me so much myself but i know from the critique process of the community when it was active in map feedback, that that is what would be mentioned and i would avoid it to just get everyone on board. an idea is to rotate it and then perhaps use a compass display (like in the gold coast map).
it looks like it would fit better horizontally
i like that its a theme map.

also, do you have any real map references of where this location is?

to bypass a lot of re-do and edits. my process is to get the dimensions right.
width is always 1024. with this map rotated, it has a good height in the 700px range.
u want to visually balance out the map with stuff like the bonus info, title and other stuff.

Spoiler (click to show)
also, you want to make sure that your territories are gonna fit the circles and the names
