Perhaps others might have things to add, but nothing has been mentioned yet.

For me, the map looks really nice with just a couple of very minor issues.
The word "bonuses" looks out of place and is not required.
The graphic of a spurting oil well under the title, I feel is a bit cheesy and the map might look better without it.

elysium5
What about an oil well pump instead of an oil well spurting oil? Not a big difference but perhaps a little less cheesy as aero said?

Ok thanks. Yes, basically I think the less things I add the better is, it results more clean.
I have to adjust Cairo and Ankara tags being too squashed with their circles when are capitals. And also I feel like my signature is not in the right place.

I think like this it might be okay:

yes, it looks quite ok to me, considering that we are playing test games on it right now, I would say that it is ready to use soon
Thank you The_Bishop for the new map you gave to us to enjoy!
I especially like the purple shade there

Well, thanks Blagoje. In fact I'm running several tests in all formats: capitals, assassination, same-time, fog of war... So thanks to everybody helping with those, Several tests had already been run in November-Dicember 2020 really, then unfortunately I had to suspend for lack of time.

Technical information: all the images required are uploaded in the system and updated to the last version above, the so-called 'Newest'.

I personally feel like the red region should be worth 3, it looks hard to hold, if you compare Australia in world classic (4 territories, 1 border, all territories border 2 others) with this region (4 territories, 4 borders, and the region is not even all connected, which makes fortifying tricky) it looks like they should not have the same bonus. I know that different maps should have different gameplay, but I still fail like 3 is a better bonus for the region.
Love the map! Thank you for making it!

Nothing different about the red region than the lower green region. Both are 4, all require you to hold 4.

I am sure it is following the formula.
The_Bishop wrote:
I agree, the proper bonus would be +3 for both regions, but here is different: some of the small regions are on purpose more 'interesting' for their bonuses than others. Starting with an oil bonus is usually a bit more interesting/convenient than starting with a small region I think. So for example you can have 4 territories disconnected giving +3 which is the Saudi Oil bonus (well, this is the hardest oil bonus, but not so hard in the end), and
in the Persian Gulf area you can either go for the oil or for the red region (Persian Gulf States), they both are disconnected and they both worth a +2, but I think the former is usually a bit easier to achieve. Really in that area you would try to achieve both: Gulf States region and Gulf Oil bonus, so having a nice combined +4 which I think is fair and doesn't require to be greater than that.

@benmarcp The proper bonus for Australia is +1 in my opinion, but it was designed that way I guess in order to propel the fight.

+1.5 probably ... but there's not half units!

I have made some modifications to the map, according to some in-game feedback:
-- small changes in the Sinai-Jordan-Tabuk area, to make connections more clear.

And somone suggested me to write my signature in ocean-blue colour and a bit larger.
Probably it is not what he meant but it's an attempt.

I'm not receiving much feedback but I think I'm gonna load the "Last" image into the system, slighltly different from "Previous".

And I would also consider a more filled version but I wait for comments:

I also like it but my signaure is getting a problem, it is so blurred because I couldn't find a larger image. So I'm planning to restore the ancoloured version in smaller size. I'll recheck everything better looking for possible graphic flaws to fix and then show it again.
