I don't think we should use Spanish names but in territories where most people speak Spanish, I mean Mexico, Central America (but Belize), Cuba, Dominican Republic, and South America. What I don't want is incoherence, I mean, territories in Mexico in both Spanish and English, and more explicitly New Santander and Nuevo León being both New Santander and New León. In fact, Wikipedia in english: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuevo_Santander
