Is this a box-game risk map West Indies version, a map you have found or did you make this yourself?

I like it.

Please upload the actual size image.

Please bare in mind that you should never do too much graphic work prior to suggesting your map, because it could be rejected for many reasons. For instance, D12 already has a Central America map & a Caribbean map.
That is not to say that they won't accept a West Indies map, although this is not really a West Indies map, it is Central America, South America, Southern USA & West Indies.

If you look up old world west indies maps they tend to include all these regions.

Although it has already been done, in Central America and Caribbean, I think the game play in this map is good.

Love it! Is it 44 territories?
It is now Day 8. Please submit your Lynch vote, as well as any Role-specific Day actions you wish to perform (countdown).
Day Actions:
• #LYNCH [player], #NO LYNCH, #ABSTAIN in forum thread.
• Role-specific actions (via PM with V98).

I like the style of the map. The first thing as improvement that comes to mind is the purple island in the bottom right, just off the red coast. Looks weird. Not sure if it's part of the other purple islands below the last stripe, or on its own. It's clearer if it's red I guess.

Yes, I agree with Hoodlum, it is a nice map but you're not following the guide, so there are a lot of things that need to be modified on the map before it can get uploaded to the site. To get the map uploaded, you need to get the permission from the head cartographer, which implies following most of the advice of the rest of the map makers and collaborators, who in this case are more experienced and know what the site is looking for. I will make a short list of things to change here, but please read the guide.

1st, this site prefers minimaps over legends for clarity reasons. You will need to change the legend by a minimap, because it fits perfectly. Avoid using copyrighted terms on your map.

2nd, your map needs to be 1024 pixels width to fit the site standards (and thus 711 pixels high). This one is too small (619x430).

3rd, the map needs to fit the circles and labels of this site on each territory. Many of the small territories don't follow this rule.

There are a few other issues I will talk about in future releases. We have a pretty linear map here, and some labels are inaccurate. But overall, nice job! This is the way to go!

@Matty, the purple island is Trinidad and Tobago (Antilles), and not part of Venezuela. Thus, purple is its colour.
Living proof that everyone can be a brilliant great good decent cartographer.

I am making a test post of a map forum image post for tutorial purpose so please ignore the next post, it is a require end result for the tutorial.
