So someone has resigned in a multiplayer game of mine. There's a white flag beside his name. What happens in this case? Are his cards still up.for grabs?
What am I on? I'm on my bike.

As I remember it, his cards are up for grabs for 3 rounds until all his troops turn grey and the cards disappear.
The player's team mate can also kill him and get his cards.

After s/he resigned, s/he will still be "in the game" for two more turns (it will say his/her turn is skipped in the logs, twice, for resigning) - while s/he's still in the game, s/he can be eliminated to get his/her cards. After s/he gets kicked, the armies turn grey (neutral) and the cards are gone. For territories which have more than 3 armies on them, the troop amount gets reduced to 3s, for those which are already 1s, 2s and 3s - they stay unaltered.

So you now face the decision whether you wish to try and elimate this player before s/he's out of the game and you can't get the cards anymore (example of still taking cards after resign: https://dominating12.com/game/904064).

If this resignation is however done while there's still only 2 players left - it happens instantly: https://dominating12.com/game/904666

Yes, but the reduction of neutral to 3 armies, only goes down with 3 each round, correct? Meaning if the resigned player have say 150 troops in a tert, it will be a while until its down to 3. Or am i mistaken? - cant really remember, when it last happened.

As per topic: https://dominating12.com/forums/1/news-announcements/2505/help-for-the-colorblind-decaying-neutrals-resign-button - you are (semi-)correct. Troops would get halved each turn (not minus 3).

However, as per post https://dominating12.com/forums/1/news-announcements/2505/help-for-the-colorblind-decaying-neutrals-resign-button/post/54736#post-54736 - apparently, this decaying feature is no longer in effect.

Currently it'll go down to 3 right away. We'll fix this soon-ish, but we stumbled upon a reproduction for the crash-with-multiple-cards thing, so it'll wait a bit longer ;)
