dice luck

dice luck is too important in this game. sometimes i lose just because i get bad dice are there possibilities to Change the dice or make the playing strategy become more important than dice luck??? ist risk, not poker or some lottery, or?

Do you use standard dice or balanced dice?

With balanced dice it becomes more likely (in 3 vs 2 dice situations) to win 1 and lose 1, rather then win 2 or lose 2. That makes for sligthly more predictable games, and thus more strategy and less luck.
Note that bad luck (as well as good luck) will still happen, just less often.

How do you adjust dice? 

It is an option under "advanced options" when you create a new game.
