Looks like maafi lost his brilliance and fell down leaving the leadership to momagajic. Anyway I moved up a bit and I am happy for that! :) But keep in mind several 8 and 9 players games are still in progress and they might change the things a lot!

Faster then predicted for a capped 10. There was 3 players with 5 cards playing in a row: slackbatter, 4960epic and I, and he was just able to kill both of us starting with one and going for the second with a double turn-in and finish the job conquering the territories needed for the win.

I cannot understand exactly if Stratosphere tryed to kill me or protect me, it seems more like the first but really he did half and half. Probably he realized the good position slackbatter was in and tryed to save the game as he could. Really I blame myself for not realizing the danger of the 5th card, I was a bit weak but I was confident to survive with tha turn-in capped 10 but it was not...

I just had a wild and didn't want to waste it! And maybe it was the same for 4960 becauze slackbatter turned it twice for the second time using a second wild but really after the second kill he could win even with a single turn-in.

I didn't check accurately the odds just felt in the mood to try and did it.
Crna Gora was a bit hard and put me in the risk of a failure but the rest went smoothy.

I though we were going in a stalmate but it was not. The Dominator 4960epic simulated not to understand games with capped cards and finally he got it! The poor Matty a bit disappointed for trying 2 times to break the Bishop's defense and 2 times getting a grim result of 2 to 12.

Re-counting all, I noticed I gave 1 point less to ngammoh (not 9 but 10) and 6 points less to me (not 31 but 37). This is confirmed by the total of all points assigned that equals to 192 as expected.

THE WINNER!

I proclaim slackbatter Absolute Winner of this contest. Very special congratulations!

He got a winning ratio higher than 4, it's pretty impressive!
Some can rightly say that 9p Cap is often a matter of luck. Even excluding that game, slackbatter still would have a very high ratio (around 3) unreachable by every other participant.

Good performance also by maafi, momagajic and myself, but not comparable with what slackbatter did.
Someone others also have excellent winning ratio, but not enough games played to show in the list.


SPECIAL AWARDS

I crown maafi King of Domination Games for the great result in that setting.
It's a gametype that we all are not very experts and sometimes we need to "invent" the strategy, therefore who wins deserves to be applauded.

And I crown slackbatter King of Massive Games for his ability to win many of those.
Someone refined the "technique" better than the others in that department and it is amazingly incredible how often they are able to win.

In conclusion, Special Thanks to all participants and everybody who expressed appreciation by words or by simply joining the games, first of all maafi with 24 games played, the most participating (excluding myself that I played all), followed by Sygmassacre, momagajic, ngammoh and others like Stratosphere, UltrasPlot and Villain191.


NEXT EDITION

I hope you all enjoyed. Then there will be a 3rd edition, I don't know exactly when, not sure it will be soon, but it will contain 40 games with different settings and maps.
