Sometimes a game reaches a state at which if every player acts in his own best interest, the game will never end. This happens most in death matches, sometimes in capitals, and almost never in domination games.
For example, having around 300 stacks for each player and cards around 100 with insignificant region earnings, will discourage any player to kill another one leading to stacks growing much faster than card growth and a never ending game.
Most of the times, one player gets bored and suicides giving the game to one of the players by chance.
To solve this i suggest adding an option to kill a game if everybody accepts. This will reduce the noise (chance factor) and save peoples time. No point exchanges. Tokens can be given if the game exceeded a certain number of turns.
