Instead of having a large amount in "Game Overview", maybe split the two sections into separate links.

So instead of just having "Game Overview" and "Game Settings", maybe have "Game Page Layout", "Game play" and then "Game Settings".

This would probably make it look a lot less cluttered and possibly easier to read. Also, maybe having the Titles (like "Place Armies Phase" and "Attack Phase" stick out more against the black/grey.

Yeah I am just worried, I am going to have map list on that page as well as ranks. We might end up having quite a bit of links.
