Eliminating player bug

After eliminating a player I did not receive his cards, nor did it give me a chance to turn in any cards.

So, after talking to Webnet in chat it seems it didn't auto update the cards after his turn. It only will happen when you attack a country with 1 troop left and win and defeat a player. We are actually lucky to have someone encounter this. I will fix it.

What can I say... I break things constantly
