[CLOSED] Board Message

If you look at the board message box when viewing the topic list for this board. It extends the full width of the page, whereas the board itself only extends a specific width of the page. Because these are both related elements on the page, I think they need to be more similar.

It is part of the design that the board message extends the full width of the page. The same way if you get an error on the page it too will extend the full width of the page.
