Partner Missed TUrns

Are we able to request a partner be removed from a game and have someone else join in to take their spot if the original partner misses a turn? Is this even possible? I think it is for tournament play, but what about LT games? 

I don't think it is right to "avoid" every person that missed a turn in partner play, but man is it annoying when it occurs.

an admin can replace a player, if you ask nicely
