Mute thread and leave thread

We need the option to mute a thread, so that its notifications cease to appear in the 'Messages' menu (i.e. removing bold from the thread in the inbox and the shortcut).

We also need the option to leave a thread altogether in case a discussion has ended or keeps going ad nauseam.

Why? Because sometimes people send you messages that you are not interested in, and sometimes those messages include multiple other players who can then send messages to each other long after you lost interest in the thread yourself. Yet you are still privy to the group messages by automatically being Cc.

Basically we're dealing with small tweaks to the messaging system that would make it more user-friendly and less spammy.

I should add that, even if a player has 'Reply to message' activated in 'Notification settings', the notification emails of a thread that he mutes/leaves should be simultaneously turned off.
