Teams with fog

I noticed in a game recently that in team fog games when you die you cannot see your Teammate’s territories anymore. I feel like I should still be allowed to see how my teammate is doing so I can give advice, etc.

I think it is actually a good idea.

I wonder if this is only certain team games? Like 2v2v2 or more? My P and I have been able to see each other all the time in 2v2 games when one dies. Also, even in the other games, but usually then it is down to 2v2 as the other teams are dead.
