Tournament suggestion

Some tournaments might take weeks to start. and since it's a lot easier to add players manually as a tournament organizer, the game may start without a players knowledge who has been inactive, maybe forgotten about the tournament. atm in the current tournament as an example, i try to keep track of players first turn times, extending them if i see they are inactive, while sending them a pm.
suggestions for tournament set up.

*First turn, is unlimited time. (an option setting for tournaments)
*ability to switch players who haven't started turn yet.

also. this would be handy. - a random colour choice, option.. (time savers)

I saw this - it's a good idea in my opinion
