I would not support this. 5 minutes is your time limit. It wouldn't be fair to increase it just for one person.

Yeah it's an admin thing. Moderators will be blue, cartographers green, etc.

We don't currently have any moderators, but essentially they just check to make sure everyone is following the rules, nobody is spamming swear words or anything etc. etc. Like the website police.
