Standard Game 1464

When I try to to add reinforcements by clicking on my territories the bar to do so doesn't pop up. It seems other people have been able to take their turn seeing numbers other than 3. I'm using Google chrome.

Hmm.. everything should work properly for google chrome, that's mainly what the site is tested in. Did you try refreshing the page?

Yeah I did try refreshing the page and my turn is far over now

I don't know what you mean by "seeing numbers other than 3"

So you clicked Begin Turn then the bar at top never popped up? but begin turn went away?

And others could place more than 3 troops?

by me seeing numbers other than 3 just meant that it seems others were able to take there turn. and yes I clicked begin turn and the bar did not pop up.
