Rank glitch

I bought the the rank private, and it showed up for a while, but then it disappeared, so I checked my skill and it hasn't decreased (I havn't finished any games since I bought it either) and it still says I bought it, but it won't display anywhere but in the shop. Anyone know what is going on?

well its fixed now. still can't figure out what happened

Every hour the ranks update. You can lose skill points and chances are you might have lost your skill points.

The computer calculates your skill points based on the skill of the people you win against. So sometimes even when you don't play anymore games the computer finds out someone you won against isn't as good as before or is better, so you can gain or lose skill points.
